Our HOA owned Fly-In-Acres Lake is a five-minute walk & boasts a beautiful sandy beach. With bathrooms, picnic tables, beach volleyball, electric air pumps for floatation devices, swimming platforms, & paddle board equipment rentals on site, it makes for a perfect summer day on the lake.

Make a meal on our propane BBQ, then gather around the outdoor dining table with ample seating for six.

The cabinets & drawers are also fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, spices & condiments perfect for creating memorable meals during your stay.

Full bath with walk in shower in the main level and a half bath in on the second floor in the master bedroom. All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries and premium bath towels.

Queen sized bed with twin trundle underneath and a twin pullout sofa bed.
All beds supplied with fresh linens, cozy blankets & fluffy pillows.

We are only a short 20 minute drive up the mountain to the affordable & uncrowded slopes of Bear Valley Ski Resort.
Want to try out snowmobiling?
Head up to Bear Valley Snowmobile where you can rent snowmobiles by the hour & take self guided tours along 10 miles of groomed trials in the gorgeous wilderness of the Stanislaus Forrest along pristine Lake Alpine.
Sledding?
Plenty of groomed snow parks are nearby including Bear Valley Adventure Co. Snow Park, Spicer Snow Park & Round Valley Snow Park.
Additionally, our long driveway makes a great spot for impromptu snow play. We even have several sleds & kiddie sized snowboards for your use onsite.
