Cancellation Policy
Contact us for cancellation options, within 30 days of your stay.
Housekeeping Policy
House cleaning post visit is required with bookings that include pets, children under 10, & groups of more than 4.
We charge what the cleaners charge us. The fee is a flat $200 for the entire stay.
Smaller groups may or may not chose to clean up after their stay to avoid the fee, but it must be pre-arranged at the time of your booking.
Pet Policy
We welcome pets in the cottage; however, please inform us beforehand as certain conditions apply for their stay & the $200 cleaning fee will be charged.

Check out: 12:30 PM

A House Guide will be sent once your booking is confirmed & deposit is accepted.
